Data safety and account deletion

This page summarises the data the Administo School OS app handles, and explains how to delete your account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Data the app collects

The app does not collect location, contacts, browsing history or advertising IDs, and it contains no ads.
How data is shared
Data is only passed to service providers that process it for us: hosting and storage (Google Cloud), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), WhatsApp notifications (Meta), the AI assistant's model provider, and error monitoring (Sentry). None of them may use it for their own purposes, and we never sell it.
Delete your account
Your account is created by your school, so deletion is done on request rather than by a button in the app. To request it:
- Email equantra.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Include your name, your registered mobile number, and the name of your school.
- We will confirm the request comes from you, for example by contacting your registered mobile number, and then delete your account within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
You can also ask your school office to raise the request for you.
What is deleted
- Your login account: name, mobile number, email address and Google sign-in link.
- Your sessions, registered devices and push notification tokens.
- Your notification preferences and notifications.
- Your AI assistant conversations.
What is kept
- School records that belong to the school, such as a student's attendance, marks, report cards, fee records and certificates, and staff payroll records. The school keeps these as part of its own records. To ask about those, contact your school.
- Messages you sent to others may remain visible in their conversation history.
- Error reports, which are kept for a limited period by our error monitoring provider.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can ask us to delete specific data, such as your AI assistant history, by emailing equantra.studio@gmail.com.
